An Audience With Hyper Rob

Will Turner: You join me with our resident hook handler Guillermo Roberto del Zorro
Rodriguez aka Hyper Rob.

Hyper Rob: Pleasure to be here.

Will Turner: Let me first start by saying you ruffled a few feathers on your arrival in
Reynard City. Don Warrington from Guernsey asks “Are you a political
anarchist?”

Hyper Rob: The word anarchy just means an absence of government. I don’t believe
in an absence of rules, I just don’t follow rules I don’t believe in.

Will Turner: But what happens when those in charge make the rules you don’t like?

Hyper Rob: Well, I have a right to exercise my democratic rights, same as anyone else.
And I’m here to make sure that happens.

Will Turner: Are you not concerned though that the people who commit crime may
also share your attitude?

Hyper Rob: What do you mean?

Will Turner: They may think that as a drug addict they’re entitled to seek help, or
steal for their starving family etc.

Hyper Rob: You’re not going to give me that crap, are you? Whether they have parental
issues or financial trouble is no concern of mine. I know the difference
between right and wrong, so do they.

Will Turner: You were homeless for a while, weren’t you?

Hyper Rob: Yeah, and I never stole from anybody.

Will Turner: Moving on Dan from Romania has several questions for you- what’s it like
having a snout?

Hyper Rob: Cold.

Will Turner: Is it better or worse than having a human mouth?

Hyper Rob: I don’t know. You adapt really, when in Rome and all that.

Will Turner: Finally how do you shave it?

Hyper Rob: Whoa, first my politics and now my bathroom habits! This is just it, when I
transform into fox form it’s always the same, I never need to shave.

Will Turner: Why’s that then?

Hyper Rob: I don’t know. Something to do with warping, and that somehow always able
to produce an ideal image. Though that’s not something I like to think about.

Will Turner: Why?

Hyper Rob: You hear…stories. People who get stuck in the warp and don’t come out or if
they do they’re never the same.

Will Turner: And you’ve lost friends like that.

Hyper Rob: Yes.

Will Turner: Graham from Stenhousemuir asks “You seem angry a lot of the time. Why
Is that?”

Hyper Rob: How old is he?

Will Turner: 32.

Hyper Rob: I have my reasons, though having a robot army take over your planet and kill
most of the population tends to piss you off a bit.

(Hyper Rob smashes a camera)
